We schedule a walk-through on Tuesday through Saturday.
If you want to write an offer, we fill in the demo paperwork. We do not decide whether a lender will approve you.
Sellers get a prep checklist: smoke detectors, survey if they have one, and a one-page feature list. We do not invent school ratings.
